Purpose, Relationship, and Action

Purpose is very important for individual and organizations alike. Recent studies have shown that Purpose-driven companies benefited from greater global expansion (66% vs. 48%), more product launches (56% vs. 33%), and success in transformation processes (52% vs. 16%) and have the potential to forge stronger customer relationships which translates in more sales and customer loyalty.

Communication Skills Offering Catalogue 

We help individuals and organizations shift from tension to collaboration through self awareness and real-life communication tools.

All trainings are available in English and Greek and can be adapted to your unique needs

Core Program: From Self-Perception to Communication

A three-part training designed to build essential communication skills and transform the way people relate at work

  1. Self-Perception Matrix (2–3 hours)

    Understand how unconscious self-perceptions can distort communication. Participants discover how they may unintentionally contribute to conflict by seeing themselves through limiting internal narratives.

  2. Non-Violent Communication (NVC) (2–3 hours)

    Learn the tools of authentic, needs-based communication. NVC offers a practical framework to express oneself clearly and empathetically, even in challenging moments.

  3. Practice & Integration (2–3 hours)

    Participants bring real-life examples from their workplace and daily life. We apply the tools of the first two trainings through hands-on practice in a safe group setting.

👉 These three steps can be delivered as standalone modules or combined into a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (6–7 hours) training.

🔹 Cascading Across the Organization

We collaborate with leadership and HR to scale the core program across multiple levels of the organization — from top management to frontline teams — using examples and language relevant for each audience. While the core content stays the same, each session highlights different real-world dynamics to ensure practical relevance and engagement. We recommend starting with management teams and cascading the training in a modular, adaptable way that reflects your organizational structure.

🔹 Active Conflict Resolution 

3 x 90-minute sessions

Confidential, facilitated conversations for teams experiencing tension, unresolved issues, or communication breakdowns. These sessions aim to restore clarity, rebuild alignment, and support mutual understanding. We create a safe, non-blaming space where participants can surface unspoken dynamics and co-create new ways of working together.

6 x 90 minutes sessions

Personalized support for leaders who want to communicate with clarity, lead tough conversations and build a culture of trust in their teams. These sessions are tailored to each leader's real challenges and goals, offering practical guidance and reflection in a confidential setting.
